Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
1. Prices and shipping costs
1.1 All prices stated on our website www.longanova.com include the applicable statutory sales tax.
1.2 The corresponding shipping costs are stated to the customer in the order form and are to be borne by the customer unless the customer exercises his right of withdrawal. For orders valued at EUR 39.00 or more, the provider delivers to the customer free of charge within Germany and Austria.
Shipping costs:
- National shipping (Germany & Austria)
In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany and Austria. The shipping fee includes VAT.
The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page. All packages are insured against loss or damage during transport. All national packages are shipped climate-neutrally via DHL (Go Green).
- Shipping to EU countries
For deliveries to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), France, Poland and the Czech Republic we charge a flat rate of 9.90 euros.
For deliveries to Italy, Great Britain, Spain, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia we charge a flat rate of 15.90 euros.
For deliveries to Ireland, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Greece, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania and Croatia we charge a flat rate of 16.90 euros.
The shipping costs include VAT.
- Shipping to Switzerland
Shipping to Switzerland costs 14.90 euros. During the ordering process, prices are shown without German VAT. VAT is usually collected by the local customs authorities.
- International Shipping
If the desired destination country is not included in the list, please send a message to info@longanova.com. We will try to arrange shipping individually.
1.3 The goods are dispatched by post. The shipping risk is borne by the provider if the customer is a consumer.
1.4 Shipping cardboard: We have chosen packaging made from sustainable materials.
